Job summary

Airbus International Services (AIS) is seeking a Solutions Delivery Manager to support Satair IMS Solutions Delivery in EMEA and the Americas. You will be deployed in Bordeaux, France, coordinating with Satair and Airbus teams to manage complex managed solutions lifecycle.

Based in Dublin, AIS emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and contract performance. The role requires leadership of a local team and close cooperation with Satair Hamburg, to ensure customer

Qualifications

Equipped with a degree in Engineering, Supply chain or business administration (or similar) paired with professional experience in the aviation aftermarket (or a comparable role).
Strong experience with SAP (SD module) and data analytics is expected.
Fluency in English and French with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the local team delivering the IMS service and manage day-to-day IMS operations.
Ensure IMS contract and cost targets are met and integrated into customer processes.
Maintain strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships across Satair and Airbus functions.
Provide inputs to budgets, forecasts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure timely, high-quality responses to customer and internal requests.
