Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar pre-sales technical role.
• German and English at C1 level (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of API concepts, including RESTful design, authentication patterns, integration workflow design, and common error-handling practices.
• Ability to run technical discovery and translate customer requirements into integration architecture.
• Knowledge of security practices (encryption, data residency, identity/access management, network controls).
• Excellent communication and explanation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, or AI/ML-driven solutions.
• Ability to create architectural diagrams, solution documentation, or configuration guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls to clarify integration needs and API dependencies.
• Translate goals into architecture patterns and configuration options.
• Deliver demos and light proofs of concept.
• Guide on API integration including authentication, rate limits, endpoints, and data flow.
• Lead conversations on security posture, data handling, encryption, authentication, access control, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape solution proposals and roadmaps.
• Support Customer Success during early post-sale for smooth technical handoff.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and solution playbooks to scale repeatable technical motions.
