Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for a leading technology consultancy in Ireland. You will design scalable, secure enterprise solutions, support application modernization, and work closely with engineering teams and senior stakeholders.

You should have strong Java development and enterprise architecture background, with hands-on experience in designing microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as an enterprise Solution Architect.
• Strong Java development and enterprise application architecture background.
• Experience designing microservices, APIs, integration frameworks and distributed systems.
• Proven experience modernising applications, including moving from monolithic to microservices architectures.
• Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Strong understanding of API design, integration and event-driven architectures.
• Experience architecture governance, standards and design reviews.
• Comfortable working with and presenting to senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating technologies and selecting appropriate tools/frameworks.

I am working with a leading technology consultancy that is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join their team.

The role will focus on designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions, supporting application modernisation, and working closely with engineering teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience working as a Solution Architect within enterprise environments
• Strong Java development and enterprise application architecture background
• Experience designing microservices, APIs, integration frameworks and distributed systems
• Proven experience modernising applications, including moving from monolithic to microservices architectures
• Experience with Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift
• Strong understanding of API design, integration and event-driven architectures
• Experience with architecture governance, standards and design reviews
• Comfortable working with and presenting to senior technical and business stakeholders
• Experience evaluating technologies and selecting appropriate tools/frameworks

Desirable:

• Experience with GIS technologies, such as ArcGIS or GeoServer
• Exposure to Azure, AWS or GCP
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
