Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Solution Architect to design end-to-end solutions across cloud, infrastructure, networks, applications, integrations and data platforms in a major enterprise setting.

You will translate complex business challenges into practical architectures and work with stakeholders from requirements through delivery in a broad, fast-moving environment in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Architect or related roles.
• Broad enterprise experience across infrastructure, networking, applications, integration and data.
• Strong cloud architecture experience, ideally Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with IaaS/PaaS, hybrid cloud and legacy modernisation.

Job description

This is an opportunity to join a major organisation working across a large, highly integrated technology estate supporting critical operational, business and customer-facing systems.

As Solution Architect, you will design end-to-end solutions across cloud, infrastructure, networks, applications, integrations and data platforms, helping translate complex business challenges into practical technical architectures.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams and specialist technology functions, staying involved from initial requirements and solution design through to implementation and delivery. The environment is broad, fast-moving and highly operational, with major transformation programmes spanning legacy modernisation, cloud migration, digital services and critical enterprise systems.

The Role

• Major enterprise transformation programmes with visible business and operational impact
• Design end-to-end solutions across a large, highly integrated enterprise environment
• Solve real operational challenges through technology, from legacy modernisation to major digital transformation
• Work across cloud, infrastructure, applications, integrations, data and networking
• Own architecture from initial business need through to delivery
• Help shape critical systems used across a complex, high-impact operational environment

What You Bring

• Experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect or Cloud Architect
• Broad enterprise experience across infrastructure, networking, applications, integration and data
• Strong cloud architecture experience, ideally Microsoft Azure
• Experience with IaaS/PaaS, hybrid cloud and legacy modernisation
• Strong end-to-end delivery and stakeholder management skills

Package and location

• Up to €110,000 + 10% bonus and compentative benefits
• Hybrid working with 3 days per week onsite in Dublin
