Job summary

Korn Ferry in Dublin is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the target-state architecture for a major financial services transformation. You will shape data, integration and application architecture in a highly regulated environment.

You will produce high-quality HLD documents, work with business and engineering teams, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and guide delivery through the full implementation lifecycle on a hybrid setup.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to provide end-to-end architecture leadership across a major financial services transformation programme. This role will be responsible for defining the target-state technology architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned to enterprise standards while supporting delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams and third-party vendors, you will play a key role in shaping complex technology solutions across data, integration and application architecture within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience

• Proven expertise in data architecture and systems integration.
• Experience delivering technology transformation programmes within financial services.
• Strong understanding of complex, distributed technology environments.
• Experience supporting regulatory or compliance‑driven technology implementations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Strong systems‑thinking mindset with the ability to design enterprise‑scale solutions across multiple technology domains.
• Experience influencing architecture strategy and target operating models.
• Knowledge of modern integration patterns, APIs and cloud‑based architectures.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
