Job summary

Vantage Resources is seeking a Solution Architect for a 6 month contract in Dublin City Centre, with hybrid work arrangements. The role involves planning, designing, and delivering applications aligned to the business strategy for a public sector client.

The candidate will have proven enterprise architecture experience across Business, Application, Data and Technology with TOGAF ADM, governance processes, and the ability to produce architecture artefacts and ADRs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering distributed solutions in enterprise environments, ideally in Financial Services.
• Experience with TOGAF ADM and architecture governance / ARB processes.
• Experience producing architecture artefacts (vision documents, capability maps, ADRs, transition/cutover plans).
• Strong stakeholder management and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implementation, and manage the applications for the business strategy.
• Work across Business, Application, Data and Technology domains within TOGAF.
• Operate within a formal architecture governance / ARB process and produce artefacts.

Solution Architect role and Responsibilities

This role will see the successful candidate will plan, design and deliver the applications for the business strategy area

What’s involved

• You will plan, design, implementation, and manage the application for the future business strategy of the company
• Demonstrated solution architecture experience spanning all four TOGAF domains: Business, Application, Data and Technology.
• Day to day working on TOGAF ADM and experience operating within a formal architecture governance / ARB process.
• Must have experience producing architecture artefacts to a professional standard: architecture vision documents, capability maps, impact assessments, ADRs, and transition/cutover plans.

What you need

• Proven experience delivering distributed solutions in enterprise environments, ideally in Financial Services.
• Experience integrating with an external, regulator- or authority-led programme and its delivery partners (equivalent to NTA/Indra in this context).
• Ticketing system experience with Public sector or semi state
• Experience with revenue, ticketing, or payment settlement systems and associated data/reconciliation flows.
• Strong experience with stakeholder management
• Good knowledge of Governance process
