Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients across conveyancing, family law, litigation, employment law, wills and probate, and criminal law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts and court submissions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, tribunals, and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in legislation and case law.
• Manage client relationships with clear communication and professional service.
