Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse property caseload, managing residential and commercial conveyancing transactions for clients in both the Donegal and Dublin markets.
• Utilise our modern cloud-based systems to collaborate seamlessly and virtually with Dublin-based team.
• Handle general practice files, including probate and estate administration, for local client base in the North-West.
• Provide clear, practical, and empathetic legal advice to private and commercial clients.

Candidate requirements

• A qualified Solicitor admitted to the Law Society of Ireland.
• Ideally 2+ years post qualification experience with a strong track record in Irish conveyancing law but may suit an exceptional newly qualified solicitor.
• Highly proficient with modern technology, legal software, and working efficiently in a virtual/hybrid team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients remotely and in person.
• Self-motivated and capable of running files independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
