Job summary

Nineteen Talent Solutions in Roscommon is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its team. The role covers residential and agricultural conveyancing, wills and estates, with the ability to manage a varied caseload independently and work with minimal direction.

You will advise clients on property transactions, handle probate and estate administration, and provide clear, practical legal guidance to individuals, families, farmers and local businesses while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate in Ireland.
• Strong experience in residential conveyancing.
• Agricultural conveyancing experience desirable.
• Experience in wills, probate and estate administration.
• Strong knowledge of Irish property and succession law.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential and agricultural conveyancing matters from inception through to completion.
• Advising clients on residential and agricultural property transactions, including sales, purchases, mortgages and related matters.
• Handling wills, probate and estate administration, including grants of representation and distribution of estates.
• Advising executors, beneficiaries and families on estate-related matters.
• Building strong client relationships and providing clear, practical legal advice.
• Liaising with clients, financial institutions, estate agents, other solicitors and relevant third parties.
• Managing files efficiently and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and professional requirements.
• Taking ownership of matters and progressing files with minimal supervision.

A reputable legal practice in Roscommon is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with experience across residential and agricultural conveyancing, wills and estates. The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, manage a varied caseload independently and work with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing residential and agricultural conveyancing matters from inception through to completion.
• Advising clients on residential and agricultural property transactions, including sales, purchases, mortgages and related matters.
