  • Commercial leasing, acting for landlords and tenants;
  • Property development and investment transactions;
  • Commercial lending and property finance;
  • Investigation of title and complex title matters;
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and other property documentation;
  • Property aspects of corporate and commercial transactions; and
  • General commercial property and conveyancing advisory work.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Be a qualified solicitor with relevant post-qualification experience in property and/or commercial property law;
  • Have strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills;
  • Be capable of managing property transactions from initial instruction through to completion;
  • Be commercially aware, practical and solutions-focused;

  • Have excellent communication and client relationship skills; and
  • Demonstrate initiative, sound judgement and excellent attention to detail.

Experience across all of the areas listed above is not essential. They are particularly interested in candidates with a strong grounding in property who wish to broaden their commercial property experience and take greater responsibility for client matters.
