Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Software Engineer Team Lead for a greenfield fintech project in Dublin. You will stay hands-on with C#/.NET, lead a high-performing engineering team, and own architecture, technical strategy and product direction.

You will work directly with senior stakeholders, influence key technical decisions, and help shape the future of an investment-focused platform as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of C#/.NET experience.
• 5+ years of SQL experience.
• Background in funds, asset management, wealth management or financial services.
• Solid understanding of investment products and the funds industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Dublin engineering team and scale from 5+ engineers.
