Amazon is seeking a Software Development Engineer for the Shield team (Anti-DDoS) in Ireland. You will contribute to the incident response lifecycle, building scalable, cloud-based systems to detect and mitigate large-scale DDoS threats.

You will collaborate with world-class software and security engineers in an agile environment, shaping an AI-driven analysis platform and driving continuous improvement in how we protect AWS infrastructure and customer workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience (non-internship) in professional software development.
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
