The AWS Shield team is seeking a driven and talented Software Development Engineer to join our Distributed Denial of Service response team. In this pivotal role, you'll get to work on the front line of incident response, designing and building systems which keep AWS infrastructure and customer workloads safe from even the largest DDoS threats.
We are looking for a software engineer who is technically strong with deep knowledge in cloud services, distributed systems and web services. The ideal candidate takes pride in tackling challenges, excels at working in an agile environment and is excited about delivering a world-class AI-driven analysis platform to detect, diagnose and mitigate large scale DDoS events.
