Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social content or video production.
• Strong portfolio of social‑first work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and production of social‑first content for Red Bull Ireland.
• Lead end-to-end productions, plan shoots and brief talent.
• Shoot, direct and edit content for smaller productions.
• Review content performance with insights to improve future output.
• Lead YouTube growth projects with external partners.
