TTM Healthcare Limited is recruiting a Social Care Leader on behalf of a leading mainstream service based in Naul, Co Dublin K32. This is a full-time permanent role working a 39-hour week with a salary of €52,000 - €55,200. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 8 degree in Social Care with 4 years' experience, or Level 7 with a management qualification and similar experience, and will demonstrate empowerment, positivity and a clean driving licence.

About this role

• A minimum level 8 degree in Social Care and 4 years’ experience of working in a social care grade with young people
• OR
• Level 7 in Social Care and a relevant management qualification and 4 years’ experience of working at a social care grade with young people.
• Strong experience in and demonstrated ability to empower others to achieve.
• Personal attributes of positivity, flexibility and problem-solving attitude as well as empathy and maturity are essential.
• A current full clean Driving License prior to commencement of employment.
