Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is recruiting a House Coordinator for a leading disability service based in Ballybay, Monaghan. This is a full-time, permanent role, working a 39-hour week with a salary of €44,341 to €56,349 per year and a 4% pay increase due at the end of 2026.

You will hold at least a Level 7 QQI qualification in Social Care, have supervisory experience, and be capable of leading a team while ensuring high standards of care for vulnerable adults in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 7 QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent in Health/Social Care.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a similar social care setting.
• 3 years experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Knowledge of current national policy and sectoral developments in Social Care for disability services.
• Sound knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
• Safeguarding knowledge including Trust in Care and Children First.
• Ability to lead, direct, coordinate and delegate work while supporting a team of vulnerable adults.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Full driving licence is essential.

What you will need:

• Hold a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Heath or Social Care.
• Have a minimum of 1 years experience in a supervisory capacity within a similar social care setting.
• Have 3 years experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Detailed understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services.
• An excellent working knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding requirements including Trust in Care and Children First.
• An ability to lead, direct, coordinate and delegate the work of the team while providing consistent and quality support for vulnerable adults.
• Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• A full driver’s licence is an essential requirement.
