Enable Ireland in Wicklow seeks a Social Care Worker to join a dedicated team providing respite and holiday breaks for children with disabilities. The role is based in Silverpine House, Bray, with full‑time, part‑time and relief posts available.
The successful candidate will hold CORU registration, have experience in personal care, and possess a full driving licence; driving is required. Annual leave is generous and the pay scale is €39,160–€54,746 pro rata.

We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Social Care Worker to join our team in Wicklow (CHO6). We have full-time, part time and relief opportunities within our teams in Silverpine House, Bray, Co. Wicklow.
Full Time, Part Time and Relief posts
Full-Time Post, 39 hours per week. (169 hours per month worked on a weekly roster basis). Relief posts are not allocated set hours.
€39,160 – €54,746 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments)
This pay scale is subject to increases in 2026 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.
31 days pro rata per annum and proportionately less for less than 12 months service.
To work as part of a dedicated and innovative team in a community-based house providing respite and holiday breaks for children with physical and/or sensory disabilities or mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, within a quality framework.
