Job summary

Liquid Personnel is seeking committed Social Care Workers to support young people in a residential setting in Wexford. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to promote safety, emotional wellbeing, and positive life outcomes, within a nurturing residential environment.

You will work as part of a trauma-informed team, contributing to daily routines, education, and activities while participating in shift work, including evenings and sleep-ins as required.

Qualifications

  • Level 7 qualification or higher in Applied Social Care or a related discipline (CORU-approved or eligible).
  • Full, clean manual driving licence.
  • Willingness to work a flexible rota, including sleepovers and unsocial hours.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, professional standards, and young people’s rights.

  • Promote independence, education, emotional wellbeing, and positive social development.
