Access Healthcare is seeking passionate Social Care Workers across Ireland to join our agency team, offering flexible daytime, evening, longer shifts and sleepovers to fit your lifestyle.

We support individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, complex needs and other care requirements, delivering person-centred care to help people live fulfilling lives.

CORU registration and relevant qualification, strong communication, ability to work in a team, and right to work in Ireland are required.

REQUIREMENTS

• CORU registered Social Care Workers or applicants currently in the CORU registration process, subject to applicable registration requirements.

• A relevant Social Care qualification that meets the requirements for the role.

• Experience in intellectual disability services, autism, residential care or supporting individuals with complex needs is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A compassionate, professional and person-centred approach to care.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• The right to work in Ireland.
