Access Healthcare is recruiting Social Care Workers across Ireland to join our growing agency team. We offer flexible opportunities with daytime, evening, longer shifts and sleepover options to fit around your lifestyle and career goals.

We work with services supporting intellectual disabilities, autism and complex needs, focusing on high-quality, person-centred care to help individuals live fulfilling and independent lives.

Qualifications

• CORU registration or in process subject to requirements.
• Relevant social care qualification matching role requirements.
• Experience in intellectual disability services, autism, residential care or similar supported living settings is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, professional and person-centred care approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Provide person-centred social care and support to individuals.
• Work within CORU guidelines and safeguarding policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet individual care goals.
• Adapt support to individuals' needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance documentation and training requirements are up to date.
