Cpl Healthcare is partnering with a client providing high-quality residential care for young people in Carlow. The Social Care Manager will oversee care delivery and the staff team to meet company policies and national regulations, ensuring a safe, homely environment.

Applicants should have a Level 7 qualification in Social Care or related field, a full clean Irish driver’s license, knowledge of National Standards, and at least 2 years of management experience.

Qualificações

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Studies in Social Care, Social Work, Social Care Management or related field.
• Full, clean, manual driver’s license (valid in Ireland).
• Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children’s Residential Centres.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience.

We are accepting applications for the position of Social Care Manager. This service is based in Carlow Town. The Manager carries responsibility for the care delivered to the young people living in the residential service and for the staff who deliver that care. S/he is responsible for ensuring that the care given meets with company policies and procedures and with national regulations and that the environment in which the care is given is homely, clean, safe and appropriate for the young people’s ages and stages of development.

To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum level 7 in any of the following fields: Social Care; Applied Social Studies in Social Care; Social Work, Social Care Management or related Social Care Qualification.
• Full, clean, manual driver’s license (valid in Ireland)
• Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children’s Residential Centres
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
• Minimum of 2 years experience at management level required for this post.
