CPL Healthcare partner with a client to recruit Social Care Workers for a new children’s residential service supporting children under 12 in Carlow. You will join a developing organisation focused on safe, nurturing, and child-centred care in a therapeutic residential setting.

Successful candidates will support children with daily routines, emotional wellbeing, development and social needs while promoting positive outcomes in a caring environment. Full training will be provided.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline.
• Full clean driver's licence preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of the National Standards for Children's Residential Services
