Job summary

Corlann services Ireland is seeking a proactive individual for the role of Person In Charge (Social Care Manager 1). This permanent full-time position involves leading services for people we support, with a focus on person-centred care and staff development.

Informal enquiries to Rena Greene are welcome; relevant qualifications include Level 7 in Social Care with CORU registration or Nurse qualification plus QQI Level 6 in Management, and at least three years in health or social care management.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 7 Qualification in Social Care and be registered with CORU, or have a Nurse Qualification with a minimum QQI Level 6 in Management.
• Three years of experience in management or supervisory role in Health or Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to Corlann services Ireland individuals, their families, employees and stakeholders.
• Manage and lead person-centred services across settings.
• Learn from and respond to priorities of the people we support while ensuring accountability and value.
