Job summary

CPL Healthcare, on behalf of a reputable service supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities across Ireland, is seeking a dedicated Social Care Leader.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will oversee delivery of high-quality, person-centred services, ensure HIQA compliance, lead staff teams, and support independence in the community.

Qualifications

• Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills.
• Experience managing and supervising staff.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties.
