CPL Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a reputable service supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities across Ireland. Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will lead and supervise staff while ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and person-centred planning.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care, promoting autonomy and inclusion in the community, and coordinating with the management team to maintain service excellence.

Competenze

• Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills.
• Experience managing and supervising staff.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties.
