Job summary

TTM Healthcare partnered with a client delivering quality residential care for young people aged 7-18. They are seeking a Social Care Leader to guide the team and ensure the house runs smoothly day-to-day.

You will help build individual care plans with child-centred care at the core of all activity, promote learning and career progression, and contribute to a supportive, staff‑focused environment. This full‑time, permanent role requires leadership experience and flexibility to work 15 and 24

Qualifications

• Level 7/Level 8 Qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience working with children and young people.
• Full manual driving licence and access to transport.
• Experience leading teams and working in therapeutic care models.
• Flexible to work 15 & 24hr shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to ensure the house runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
