The role supports women and children experiencing domestic violence and works within a Core Support team to provide quality services and emotional support. You will follow directions from the Support Services Manager, participate in training, and develop through a CE scheme with supervision to identify training and education needs for future employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Willingness to learn and develop computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to women and children experiencing domestic violence.
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans and reviews.
• Offer advocacy and referral support around housing, health, welfare, rights and entitlements.
• Support the team with outreach, education, and engagement activities.
