Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland seeks a Security Operations Center Technology Associate Manager in Dublin to support SOC/CoE priorities, configure access control and video systems, and pilot new security technologies. You will work with CCure 9000, Genetec Omnicast, and Genetec Security Center while partnering with IT, security operations and leadership teams.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with security applications, network troubleshooting, and BI reporting using Excel/Power BI.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering or a strong related field.
• Proven experience as a system administrator for CCure 9000 and Genetec Omnicast.
• Experience supporting security applications in access control or video surveillance.
• Hands-on installation and maintenance of access control and video systems.
• Solid IP networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot device configuration.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to drive projects to completion.
• Strong collaboration with IT, security, operations and leadership teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and SSRS for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the SOC/CoE, assist with configuring security technology systems and pilot new use cases.
• Update access control and video surveillance training materials.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCure 9000, Genetec Security Center, and video management systems.
• Provide technical support for SOC video walls and security devices; ensure proper hardware/software function.
• Onboard devices, apply software updates, and ensure system health.
• Monitor security systems for errors and incidents; work with SOC operators to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with IT, CoE, and operations to implement technology initiatives and integrations.
• Maintain SOC technology documentation including diagrams and playbooks.
