No7 Beauty Company is seeking a Liz Earle Counter Manager to lead the in-store counter in Dublin, based at The Pavillions Shopping Centre, Swords. You will guide the counter team, coach for performance, and deliver personalised skincare consultations to customers.

The role reports to the Regional Business Manager and involves delivering on sales plans, maintaining counter presentation, and driving Liz Earle promotions while representing the brand with excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate your team to achieve and exceed their sales targets through coaching and feedback.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Provide personalised consultations and skin services.
• Deliver sales targets by creating business plans and driving in-store promotions and Liz Earle offers.
• Complete the Skin School development programme.
• Ensure the counter is well presented to showcase Liz Earle products.
• Be an ambassador for the Liz Earle brand.
