Job summary

Boots Ireland, home to No7 Beauty Company brands, is seeking a No7 Counter Manager. You will lead the counter team, coach performance, and deliver personalised skincare consultations to help customers feel confident in their own skin.

You will drive sales through promotions, maintain counter presentation, and participate in the Skin School development programme. A passion for makeup, skincare, and exceptional customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for makeup and skincare products and No7 brand.
• Experience leading a team to achieve performance targets and develop staff.
• Outstanding customer service with empathy and understanding.
• Ability to work with sales plans and promotions to hit targets.
• Enthusiasm for ongoing learning in skincare and service expertise.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and coach the counter team to exceed sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Deliver personalised skincare and beauty consultations using No7 products.
• Drive sales through business plans and in-store promotions and No7 offers.
• Participate in the Skin School development programme.
• Create a vibrant, collaborative counter environment and celebrate team success.
• Maintain a beautifully presented No7 skincare and beauty counter and act as brand ambassador.
