Job summary

Kepak Cork is seeking motivated individuals to join the Abattoir Department. You will work in the factory producing cuts and trims of meat to Kepak specifications at line speed, contributing to production targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

We value candidates with abattoir or boning hall experience, proven knife skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full training and a permanent contract are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in abattoir or boning hall is essential.
• Proven knife skills are required.
• Ability to stand and lift for extended periods.
• Willingness to work as part of a production team.

Responsibilities

• Produce cuts and trims of meat to Kepak specification at line speed.
• Work towards daily and weekly production targets while maintaining safety and quality.
