Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Site Supervisor for carpentry and cladding projects in Ireland. You will lead site operations, supervise a hands-on team, and ensure high-quality workmanship across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Proven practical carpentry experience is essential.
• Hands-on experience in construction, fit-out, or a similar site environment.
• Ability to handle physical site work, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software/tools is an asset.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site operations with supervisory responsibilities and hands-on delivery.

• Manage health & safety, oversee equipment maintenance, and uphold quality and commercial standards across the project lifecycle.
• Support project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of subcontractors.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors to resolve site issues.
• Participate in site meetings, contribute to project planning and risk management, and embrace opportunities for professional growth.
