Job summary

Building Staff Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations on a large industrial project in Kilkenny. You will lead the workforce and subcontractors, ensuring work progresses on programme and site records are maintained.

You will be responsible for safety compliance, RAMS, toolbox talks, coordinating plant and materials, and liaising with management, design teams, and the client representatives to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Supervisor or Foreman experience with a main contractor
• Experience across civils, groundworks and structural works
• Industrial or process project experience an advantage
• Able to manage crews and hold them to programme
• Strong on health and safety, with the ability to enforce standards daily
• Able to read and work from construction drawings
• Full, clean driving licence
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site certifications
