Job summary

Matrix Recruitment Group is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our client’s high-profile projects in Co. Kildare. This full-time role focuses on site safety, coordination, and strong stakeholder communication, reporting to the Contracts Manager.

You will oversee PPE usage, crane coordination, plan liaison with design and production teams, and manage daily operations with subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a site supervisory role.
• Experience with external facades and cladding is an advantage.
• Commercial awareness and financial process understanding, with excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail with a safety and quality focus, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure PPE and site equipment are available and correctly used, championing a strong health and safety culture.
• Support site planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, including coordinating crane access and positioning.
• Keep method statements updated and accessible, conduct site inductions and regular toolbox talks, and manage site documentation.
• Liaise with subcontractors for smooth daily operations and support snagging, change management, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Design and Production teams, report and follow up on site errors and quality, attend site meetings, and build strong relationships with clients and teams.
