Ward Personnel is seeking a Site Supervisor / Working Foreperson for Cork, Ireland, to lead on multi-sector construction projects including data centre, pharmaceutical, and food sectors. You will supervise day-to-day site activities while occasionally performing practical construction tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on carpentry, fit-out, and general construction work as required.
• Proven experience supervising sites while delivering hands-on tasks.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day site activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources.
• Monitor health and safety compliance across site activities.
• Support project scheduling, reporting, and resource planning.
• Attend site meetings, planning sessions, and risk reviews.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site organisation.
