Job summary

Silent Aire, a Johnson Controls company, is seeking a Project Engineer in Dublin to support project execution across delivery, coordination, records, and reporting. You will liaise with engineering, manufacturing and QA/QC teams to ensure milestones are met and quality is maintained.

You will chair meetings, manage lessons learned and RAID analyses, and foster strong client relations while driving continuous improvement and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a site managerial role in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Full driver’s license and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project execution – all aspects incl. Delivery, Coordination, Records & Reporting, Document Control.
• Coordinate deliverables across Engineering, Manufacturing & QA/QC.
• Chair meetings – lessons learned, RAID & site meetings as required.
• Quality reporting and client relations responsibilities.
• Procurement and supplier coordination as required.
• Mentor and motivate team members; drive continuous improvement.
