Job summary

SSE is recruiting a Site Manager to lead our cleanroom operations for a major biopharmaceutical client in the West region. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will direct daily operational delivery, ensure GMP and ISO standards, and maintain rigorous cleanliness protocols and regulatory compliance on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience at a management level in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; fluent English.
• Hands-on approach, excellent attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• GMP experience/knowledge is a big advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Site Operations: ensure standards, targets and budgets are met and services expanded on-site.
• Administration and Budgets: oversee payroll processes and KPI reporting.
• Health and Safety: uphold safety culture, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Staff Management: coach, develop, recruit and performance-manage the on-site team; ensure training is delivered and SOPs followed.
