Job summary

Collins McNicholas Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for Cleanroom Operations in South Galway. The role oversees daily operational delivery, GMP compliance, and strict cleanliness standards within a controlled manufacturing environment.

You will lead the team, manage protocols, and ensure ISO classification adherence while reporting to the Senior Operations Manager. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a management role, strong leadership and communication skills, and

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years’ experience at a management level in a similar industry.
Strong leadership & communication skills; fluent English.
Hands‑on approach, excellent attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Computer literacy & full flexibility.
GMP experience/knowledge a big advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage Site Operations and ensure required work, standards and budgets are met.
Promote new/additional services onsite.
Be custodian of quality client communications and act as primary client representative.
Promptly deal with client issues or complaints.
Ensure quality-related discrepancies are rectified and provide feedback to clients.
Manage multiple priorities with a flexible, hands-on attitude.
Lead, coach and upskill staff; liaise with HR on queries and policy adherence.
Recruitment and onboarding of new employees; training tasks completed on time.
