Job summary

AbbVie Westport is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead the Contamination Control team in our aseptic fill-finish operation. The role requires coordinating day and night shifts on a monthly rotation, ensuring cleanroom sanitisation and GMP-compliant practices within the Biological cores.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in science or engineering discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the contamination control team.
• Coordinate contamination control activities respecting production schedules and KPIs.
• Ensure audit readiness of areas and documentation.
• Perform cleanroom sanitisation and autoclave-related tasks per GMP.
• Maintain supplies and report equipment issues.
• Complete training and ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards.
