Clancy Construction is hiring a Site Manager to join our Cork team. The role focuses on driving a safety culture, delivering projects on time and within budget, and leading the site management team.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in construction, strong communication skills, and a construction management qualification or background. Fluency in English is required, and the role entails coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of site management experience in construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Trade background or formal qualification in Construction Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and embed a safety culture across the site.
• Lead delivery of the project with strong leadership and technical know-how.
• Coordinate project activities according to the quality system and plans.
• Direct site management duties for the project team to meet objectives.
• Ensure delivery, cost, quality and client satisfaction are achieved.
• Maintain effective daily operations on site and liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders.
