Job summary

Clancy in Cork is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead construction projects across Ireland. You will oversee project teams, manage safety, quality and environmental standards, and ensure adherence to the Clancy Integrated Management System.

You will develop the Project Execution plan, set design strategies including BIM, manage resources and programmes, and liaise with clients, authorities and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering / Construction Management or related discipline.
• Proven leadership and coordination across large construction teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Overall project team leader on each assigned project.
• Ensure quality, environmental and safety standards on all sites per IMS.
• Develop the Project Execution plan including H&S, design, procurement and controls.
• Set the design strategy, including BIM, DRM and novated services where part of scope.
• Lead site safety and manage resources, subcontractors and materials.
