Job summary

A leading residential developer in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee setting out and site operations for large-scale residential projects in Malahide and Dunboyne. The candidate must have a relevant degree and over 5 years of experience in residential construction. This role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in residential construction, ideally with housing and RC frame.
• Proven leadership in supervising subcontractors and site teams.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead setting out for houses, apartments, roads, and drainage.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and trades.
• Drive programme delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved.

• Prepare site records, progress reports and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with project management, design teams and local authorities.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and site staff.

Required for, a leading residential developer with a proud track record of delivering high-quality housing schemes across Dublin and Meath, are seeking a Senior Site Engineer to take ownership of setting out, site coordination, and delivery on live projects in Malahide and Dunboyne.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious engineer to join a well-established developer and play a central role in the successful delivery of large-scale residential communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead setting out for houses, apartments, roads, and drainage.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and trades.
