Job summary

PE Global is recruiting on behalf of a leading Irish construction company for a Site Manager on a project in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. This is a full-time permanent role with day-to-day on-site leadership and responsibility for safe, efficient delivery in line with the programme.

You will manage site operations, supervise subcontractors and site personnel, uphold HSEQ systems, and coordinate trades to maximise quality and minimise rework, reporting to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Site Management.
• Experience across commercial, industrial, residential, fit-out and/or refurbishment projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety, construction processes and site management.
• Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

The Company:
