Cornerstone Ireland is recruiting a Site Manager based in Dublin to oversee a full building project lifecycle for a reputable Main Contractor. The role requires strong leadership, a proactive mindset and the ability to manage budgets, safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with Main Contractor experience.
• Proficient at interpreting drawings, specifications and reports with a proactive approach to logistics and site operations.
• Excellent communicator capable of working independently or in teams in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire building project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Manage site operations, coordinating activities, materials and team performance while ensuring compliance with standards.
• Monitor progress, address delays and facilitate communication with design, commercial teams and stakeholders.
• Lead safety initiatives, drive team development and maintain high standards of site safety and environmental compliance.
