Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in site management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and coordinate heavy crane operations.
• Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and relevant H&S qualifications required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all precast installation works on site.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
• Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks.
