Job summary

DB Recruitment is seeking experienced Site Managers to join a leading main contractor across Dublin, Kildare and Galway on large-scale projects. You will oversee daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors and site teams, and ensure work is delivered on time, to drawings, and to high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within a main contracting environment.
• Experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and RAMS familiarity.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily site activities to programme.
• Supervise subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
• Ensure works align with drawings, specs and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and support Project Manager to hit milestones.
• Coordinate site logistics, materials, plant and resources.
• Lead toolbox talks, inductions and safety briefings.
• Maintain site records, daily reports and progress updates.
• Attend site and coordination meetings.
• Identify delays or issues and inform Project Manager.
• Support procurement and project reporting.
