Job summary

Vickerstock seeks a Site Manager to oversee large-scale residential and mixed-use developments across Dublin. You will manage day-to-day site activities, oversee quality, safety and subcontractor performance, and lead design and toolbox sessions to keep projects on track.

The role requires a strong trades background and substantial site-management experience with a main contractor, delivering complex high-rise and multi-discipline works.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' Site Management experience.
• Previous Main Contractor experience.
• Trades background.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site activities, including resource allocation, sub-contractor management & project delivery
• Ensure works on site meet projected timelines and budgets
• Oversee on-site quality and health and safety culture
• Lead whiteboard meetings & toolbox talks
• Delegate work out to site team
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards and BCAR
• Take part in Design meetings
