Job summary

Design Build Search is seeking a Junior Site Manager to oversee on-site activities across commercial, industrial and hotel projects. The role requires experience in managing projects through from concept to completion and working within a leading contractor environment.

Successful candidates will coordinate with project management and design teams, implement health & safety procedures, and drive efficiency in programme and cost.

Qualifications

• 3+ years site management experience
• Proven record of seeing projects through from concept to completion
• Previous experience working for a leading contractor
• Recently held the position of Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all onsite activity
• Liaise with Project Management and design team
• Propose design changes to improve cost savings, programme efficiency, and quality on completion
• Provide advisory input to senior management as projects progress
• Plan and control financial administration of construction work for cost effectiveness
• Prioritise workload and manage time efficiently
• Implement onsite health and safety procedures
• Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills

Design Build Search is working with specialist glazing contractor who have the opportunity for a Junior Site Manager. The successful candidates will be working on various commercial, industrial, hotel projects.

Projects include new multi-storey commercial development and Mixed used development

Minimum

3+ plus years site management experience

Proving record of seen projects through from concept to completion

Previous experience working for a leading contractor

recently held the position of Site Manager

Role include but limited to

• Managing all onsite activity
• Liaising with Project Management and design team
• proposing suitable changes to design to improve saving, ease construction programme enhance specification and quality on completion.
• Provision of advice as projects progress to senior management
• Plan, maintain and control the finical administration of all construction of all construction work to obtain and maintain maximum cost effectiveness.
