Job summary

E‑Frontiers requires an experienced Site Manager for a high-density residential project in South Dublin. The role focuses on coordinating civils, groundworks, structures, façades and internal finishes while managing subcontractors to the project programme.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years as a Site Manager with a developer or main contractor and a construction-related degree or trade background. Excellent multitasking and site leadership are essential for this permanent position.

Qualifications

• Trade background or construction degree.
• 5-7 years experience as Site Manager with a Developer or Main Contractor.
• Experience on large-scale residential projects desirable.
• Oversee civils/groundworks, drainage, structure, concrete works, façade & finishing on internal works.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors across civils, groundwork, structure and finishes to the programme.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure works align with project schedule.
• Coordinate site activities across concrete, façades and interiors with a focus on safety and quality.

Permanent Position

Our client a Main Contractor, are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a high density residential project in South Dublin. They require a strong Site Manager with good all round construction experience in civils/groundworks, concrete, structures, façade & internals to oversee & coordinate subcontractors in each of these areas.

Requirements

• Trade Background or Construction related Degree
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager with a Developer or Main Contractor
• Previous Experience on large scale Residential projects is desirable
• Manage the civils/groundworks, drainage, along with the structure, concrete works, façade, & oversee the Finishing on Internal works
• Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Competitive Salary - up to €85k basic DOE
• Car allowance or fully expensed company vehicle
