Job summary

A leading construction company in Dublin is seeking an experienced Site Manager (Finishing) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee all finishing trades, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Site Management experience, a trade background or relevant degree, and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Site Management focused on high-end finishes.
• Exceptional eye for detail and quality management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all finishing trades.
• Develop and maintain detailed finishing schedules.
• Implement rigorous quality control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Liaise with Project Manager and technical teams.
• Manage the handover process for O&M manuals.
